Aaron B. Silva

Aaron B. Silva is an associate with the Labor and Employment Law Team at Murphy Austin Adams Schoenfeld LLP. Aaron assists with all aspects of employment litigation, including representation of employers before the court, administrative boards and depositions.

Since joining the firm in 2007, Aaron has served as "second-chair" in an extensive, multi-week, federal trial and been the lead author on numerous dispositive motions as well as an appeal before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Aaron is also one of just a few California attorneys with a unique expertise in occupational safety and health law as he was a former member of the Cal/OSH Appeals Board legal department and authored several precedential decisions while there.
