COVID-19 Client Alerts:
Social Distancing Protocols Now Required For Some
A copy of the Social Distancing Protocol must be provided to each employee performing work at the facility. All Essential Businesses must also be able to provide evidence that the Social Distancing Protocol has been implemented to any authority enforcing this Order upon demand.
Even businesses outside of Sacramento County might want to consider developing a Social Distancing Protocol, as it may be helpful in satisfying an employer’s obligation to provide a safe working environment, as required by Cal/OSHA.
A copy of the Order, in addition to the Social Distancing Protocol model, can be found at: https://www.saccounty.net/news/latest-news/Pages/SacCountyHealthOfficerExtendsCOVID-19Order.aspx
