Neil Chamaki’s corporate law practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and governance, debt and equity securities offerings, and business advising.
Prior to joining Murphy Austin, Neil was a Private Equity M&A Associate in the San Francisco office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Before becoming an attorney, Neil was a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate at Serena & Lily, where he managed financial statements and models for the executive team. Prior to that, Neil was an M&A Associate at Oracle Corporation, where he performed due diligence, financial model validation, and organizational restructuring for the executive team.
Neil earned his J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Fellow and Berkeley Center for Law and Business (BCLB) Scholar. He earned his B.S. in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from San Jose State University.
