Catherine Oh provides legal counsel to clients on commercial real estate transactions throughout California and beyond. She has extensive experience with leases, purchase agreements, loan documents, license agreements and other real estate and business contracts for a variety of asset types including office, retail, medical, agricultural and industrial properties.
Catherine works closely with her clients in providing advice at all stages of their transactions, from preparing letters of intent to drafting and negotiating all applicable real estate contracts, in addition to analyzing due diligence and managing closings. Catherine also has particular expertise in representing landlords and tenants in leases of healthcare facilities, including medical offices and clinics.
Catherine received her B.A. in History from University of California, Los Angeles. She was awarded her J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was a member of the Hastings Law Journal. Catherine is listed in the 2024 edition of Northern California Super Lawyers for excellence in real estate law. She was named in the Sacramento Business Journal’s Best of the Bar List and is listed in Sacramento/Sactown Magazine’s Top Lawyers list.
