The Labor and Employment and General Litigation Law Teams at Murphy Austin Adams Schoenfeld LLP are looking for a full-time litigation paralegal candidate with significant experience managing large collections of ESI.
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, advanced technical skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work with and organize large volumes of documents in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent computer skills and aptitude are essential. Ideally has knowledge of eDiscovery platforms and possesses advanced technical skills for use with IPRO Local Discovery, IPRO Open Discovery, Everlaw or Eclipse programs.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and document management systems are required.
Assisting with coordinating the collection of ESI, evaluating and processing complex data for document review, preparation of productions and/or data load files are a critical part of this job.
The successful candidate must be able and willing to learn other software systems that support a litigation practice.
We are looking for someone to multitask in a professional, team environment and who demonstrates a deep commitment to client service and producing a high-quality work product. We are open to considering someone with just a few years of experience who is eager to learn. All candidates must meet the requirements for being a paralegal under California’s Professional Code § 6450(c).
Murphy Austin offers a competitive salary and benefit package as well as a paralegal bonus program and hybrid schedule. Compensation for this position ranges from $84,000 – $106,000 (base salary) depending on skills and substantive experience.
