Jarom Phipps’s practice focuses on assisting clients in estate planning, probate, and trust related matters. Jarom’s specialty is trusts and estates related litigation, where throughout California he helps clients navigate complex issues within the probate system.
In addition to his practice, Jarom is a member of the California Lawyers Association (CLA), Trust and Estates section and the Sacramento County Bar Association, Probate and Estate Planning Law section.
Before joining Murphy Austin, Jarom was a senior associate attorney at Forethought, PC, where he specialized in trusts and estates litigation. Prior to his work at Forethought, PC, Jarom was a litigation attorney at Cregger & Chalfant LLP, where he represented public entities in civil rights matters and large corporations in civil disputes.
Jarom received his J.D. from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he graduated a semester early with honors. Jarom received his B.A. in American Studies from Brigham Young University.
